Gastronomic Sunsets are a new gastro experience to enjoy a select pairing of cavas and a succulent tasting menu on our Cava Bar outdoor terrace during the summer months. The activity includes an optional visit to our cavas before dinner.

Business hours: Thursdays and Fridays during the summer: from 8.30pm to 11pm. Prior reservation is required.
If you come at 8pm you can enjoy an optional tour of the Freixenet cellars.
Idiazábal Macaroo, Forest strawberry, Wild blackberry, Salmon tartar, Verrine of cod brandade with tomato jam, Chocolate and foie lollipop, Boletus and prawn risotto, Kokotxas al pil pil (spanish garlic sauce), Red shrimp ravioli, Chili with meat tartlet. Desserts: Carquinyolis, Ametllons and Marc de Cava tops.
