Located in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, the Freixenet Cellars were built by architects Joan Torras and Josep Ros in 1923, in the Catalan modernist style that was prevalent at the time.
The cellars, which were considered cutting-edge back then, have gradually grown and evolved, becoming pioneers for their technological innovation in the cava production process, without losing the essence of their artisan origins.
