
Red wine blending several varieties, seeking the perfect balance between fruit, freshness and personality. A vegan wine with Mediterranean character to surprise all palates. The grapes are machine harvested by night to avoid high tempera tures and to prevent an unwanted start to fermentation. The fermenting wine is pumped over daily to extract skin elements, until the alcoholic fermentation finishes. The wine is then racked to another tank to undergo malolactic fermentation which gives the wine balance and complexity as well as rounding off its acidity.
