Tasting notes

A cava with a pale yellow colour with straw highlights. Bright, with fine bubbles, creating a full strand of foam. The nose is complex, with a blend of citrus aromas, light toasted aromas and dried fruit, along with notes of pastries with sweet nectar tones, particularly of peach.
