Freixenet, official cava of MotoGP

A new and exciting season of the Motorcycle World Championship is beginning and Freixenet is once again the official provider of cava of the top international spectacle of speed on two wheels. Since the beginning of this sponsorship in 2003, the world’s best riders have been celebrating their victories with Freixenet cava for 15 years.

The emblematic Cordón Negro jeroboams - 3-litre demijohns - provide the celebratory touch to the competition on all the podiums of Moto2, Moto3 and the reigning category, MotoGP, throughout 19 Grands Prix spread over half the world. Thus, riders of the standing of Valentino Rossi, Marc Márquez or Jorge Lorenzo have uncorked dozens of bottles of Freixenet cava to celebrate their triumphs, just like the celebrities in the exclusive VIP Village area.

Freixenet is also the official cava of the FIM CEV Repsol, the former Spanish Speed Trial Championship, the most important international motorcycle speed trial competition after the Motorcycle World Championship and the main gateway to it. Historic riders like Ángel Nieto or Ricardo Tormo have raced in it.
