Freixenet ICE Rosé is a semi-dry cava with particularly fine, elegant bubbles, created especially by our oenologists to be used as a mixer since it enhances cocktails and is perfect for serving in a wide glass with some ice and imaginative decoration. Freixenet ICE Rosé is made from Garnacha and Pinot Noir. It's a brilliant raspberry pink in colour and has aromas of fruits of the forest and strawberries, blueberries and blackberries, and particularly sloes.

Velvet Rosé is a cocktail created with Freixenet ICE Rosé with pisco, pear liqueur, redcurrants and star anise. Like a delicate rose, aromatic and evocative; pure attraction. This cocktail has fruity notes of grapes and pear which combine to make the Freixenet ICE Rosé as fresh and natural as a perfect rose.

Ingredients:

  • • 15 cl Freixenet ICE Rosé.
  • • 1 cl Peruvian pisco.
  • • 2 cl peach liqueur.
  • • Redcurrants and star anise.
