  • 10 cl of Carta Nevada
  • 5 cl of gooseberry juice
  • 3 cl of aged rum
  • 3 candied cherries


  • Pour the gooseberry juice into a cocktail glass and add the rum.
  • Add crushed ice to 2/3 of the glass and cover with Carta Nevada.
  • Next stir gently to achieve a perfect mix and decorate with the candied cherries.
