A cocktail that pays tribute to the aromatic mimosa flower, through its yellow colour and grainy appearance. Sweet Mimosa is a version with Cordón Negro ideal for drinking at any time.

- 1 bar spoon of honey
- 5 cl of fresh orange juice
- 10 cl of Cordón Negro
RECIPE
- Shake all the ingredients except the Cordón Negro in the shaker for 10 seconds.
- Pour the cocktail into a flute glass, add Cordón Negro and stir gently.
- Decorate it with a red cherry.
