Garnacha peluda

  • Other names: lledoner pelut, grey garnacha.
  • Area: Priorat, Falset and Ribera d'Ebre.
  • Varietal features: vine, medium to small bunch, very compact. Ovoid grape with very firm skin.
  • Environment: adapts to most soils but sensitive to spring frosts.
  • Cultivation: weak stocks more suitable. Any type of pruning, long and short.
  • Production: medium yield.
  • Wine: high quality, pale, high alcoholic strength.
